Refund Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026 · Effective immediately
The short version: Cancel anytime with no future charges. We don't refund the current period. If something went wrong technically, email us within 7–14 days and we'll make it right.
Subscriptions — GeoPass Monthly
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no future charges after cancellation
- We do not issue refunds for the current billing period already in progress
- If you were charged in error or there was a billing mistake, contact us within 14 days at hello@roamus.app and we will review and resolve it
Trip Packs — One-Time Purchase
- Trip Packs are non-refundable once the trip content has been accessed, as digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
- If your Trip Pack failed to unlock due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days at hello@roamus.app and we will resolve it promptly
App Store Purchases
- All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Request App Store refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com
- RoamUs does not process or control App Store refunds — Apple handles these directly
